Family Solicitor
Location: Petersfield
Our well-respected family department is now seeking to appoint an experienced solicitor with a minimum 5 years PQE. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate a proven track record within family law and have an open and friendly approach with clients. Full Resolution membership is preferable.
The work consists of all aspects of private family law, financial remedy, divorce, children matters, pre-nuptial and cohabitation matters with an emphasis on finances. The successful candidate will work independently but will be expected to contribute to, promote and develop the family team to ensure the continued success of this department.

Commercial Property Solicitor
Location: Petersfield
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our well-respected commercial property team to develop and grow this area of work. The successful applicant will be keen to progress their career within a firm where client care is a priority, maintaining a large caseload from inception to completion, working largely independently but with a strong support team and departmental review system in place. They will also hold strong client relationship skills and be keen to develop an expertise of commercial property matters further.
The successful applicant will have a minimum of 2-3 years PQE in a commercial setting although we will also consider applicants who have a mixed residential/commercial background, who wish to now concentrate on commercial property matters.
This is ideally a full-time position, but we would be prepared to consider part-time for the right candidate.

Private Client Solicitor
Location: Petersfield
Our private client department is seeking to appoint a further solicitor on a full or part-time basis. The position requires someone who works well independently but will contribute to and learn from being part of a team.
The successful applicant should have ideally 3+ years PQE and be able to deliver a full range of private client services to the firm’s clients including will drafting, probate and estate administration, inheritance tax planning and trusts, lasting powers of attorney and Court of Protection work. Experience of contentious probate is desirable but not essential and STEP membership and/or Association of Lifetime Lawyers would be an advantage but is not essential.
On offer is a competitive package, a varied and interesting caseload and the autonomy to grow and develop that caseload. Where this involves more complex matters further training together with full support and guidance from the private client team will be provided.
