Debbie Carpenter

Debbie is a Solicitor in the Residential Property department. She qualified at the beginning of 2019 and after practising at firms in London and Surrey joined Burley Geach in 2021.

Debbie has experience in residential property sales, purchases, transfers and mortgages and is passionate about providing a high quality and personal service to her clients, achieved through dealing with your matter from the day of instruction to completion of your transaction.  She ensures that she remains up to date with current issues affecting the property market to support her work and inform her advice.

Debbie is currently mentoring colleague, Stacey Tribe, whilst she concludes her training as a conveyancing executive.  Debbie’s supervisor is Head of Residential Property, Rebecca Foxall.

    Acting on the purchase of various properties on estates subject to an estate rentcharge including negotiating the variations of the rentcharges to meet mortgage lender requirements

  • Complex transfer with private charge

    Acting on the transfer of a property pursuant to a matrimonial consent order including satisfying and transferring a pre-emption agreement and private charge

  • Property with private access

    Acting on the purchase of a property with a private access registered to various parties including tracing a deceased proprietor

Personal Interests

Outside of work, Debbie has spent many years competing as a synchronised swimmer and has recently qualified as a National Judge.
