Peter started in law as a court clerk in the Lord Chancellor’s Department before moving to a large firm in Chichester in 1988 where he trained as a legal executive and subsequently was admitted as a solicitor in 1996. Peter returned to Burley Geach in 2017 but he has been associated with the firm since 1991.
Peter has a wealth of knowledge and experience which he draws upon to ensure matters are considered from all perspectives to provide our clients with the most suitable and cost effective solution. His work is varied but Peter specialises in all civil litigation matters as well as Landlord and Tenant work, including contentious matters.

Acting for unmarried, former partners regarding their share in a jointly owned property following an acrimonious separation. Negotiating satisfactory settlements and dealing with the subsequent conveyancing.
