Lawrence is a licensed conveyancer and joined the firm in July 2025. He works in our Residential Conveyancing team, specialising in freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity and remortgages. Lawrence has over 14 years of experience working in residential conveyancing, acting for a broad client base including high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients both in the UK and overseas as well developer clients.

• House purchase including land under a separate title
  

  Purchase of a house including paddock land under a separate title requiring a deed of variation, license and pre-emption agreement.

Personal interests:

Lawrence is a drummer and plays in a band. He enjoys playing golf, going to the gym and spending time with his wife and son.
