Helen Wernham

Helen is a conveyancing paralegal and an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives. Helen has over 30 years’ experience and knowledge of residential property, all gained in and around the local area. She joined the property department in 2011 maintaining her own very successful caseload.  However, she has now chosen a slightly less pressured role providing assistance to our property solicitors.  This includes cover for holidays and sickness ensuring clients continue to receive excellent service and helping to ensure transactions are handled as smoothly and efficiently as possible.

    Acting in a purchase with exchange and completion turned around in less than two weeks where there was a lengthy chain and issues over a defective title.

Personal interests:

Helen enjoys keeping fit to meet the demands of her young grand-daughters and holidays in the sun with her family.
