Katharine is a solicitor and joined Burley Geach in 2016, following a move to Hampshire with her young family in 2013. She is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) endorsing Katharine’s expertise in providing advice on a wide range of matters, including Wills, inheritance tax planning, administration of estates and trusts, lasting powers of attorney and Court of Protection work. Her work in these areas is enhanced by her experiences working within the charity sector for a national advocacy charity and in private practice at a top 50 law firm in Cambridge.
