Haslemere Hounds

Some of our readers will know about Haslemere Hounds, which is a successor event to Haslemere Hares and Haslemere Hogs.

This year the project has involved local artists, schools and businesses decorating more than 100 hounds which can be found on display around the Haslemere and Weyhill area from May to September.  The aim is to raise awareness of the numerous businesses, facilities and charities that Haslemere has on offer, as well as raising substantial sums for local and national good causes when they are finally sold.

Haslemere has some fantastic artists with great imaginations and the colourful hounds have help to bring the town to life making it a bright and fun place to live and work. Spotting as many hounds as possible also provides a great activity for children (young and old), particularly over the long summer holidays.

Our hound, A Few Good Pawyers, (or Pawyer for short), is on display at the entrance to our office in Haslemere if you can find time to visit him, and all the other hounds in the vicinity.  Please also view the Haslemere Hounds website where you can find out more details about this project, view the gallery of hounds and view/buy those that are available for sale:-
