Spring is in the Air
The sun is starting to shine, daffodils are in bloom and trees are beginning to turn green again. Now is a perfect time for us to consider what’s in store for the coming year.
Coming up very shortly of course is King Charles’ Coronation and our communities are starting to turn red, white and blue in anticipation. Burley Geach is planning a Coronation Bake Off when staff will be invited to show off their baking skills by bringing in home-made scones or a Victoria sandwich cake. Be sure to hover around the offices on Friday 5th May when judging will be taking place at Petersfield and Haslemere – there’s sure to be a sweet treat available!
At the end of May, we will be supporting the Petersfield Spring Festival (27th to 29th May). These events are great fun for everyone, with car shows, craft stalls, music and so much more. It’s well worth a visit.
On 26th June, a team of Burley Geach staff will once again be taking part in the Guildford Legal Walk. This is a sponsored event to raise much needed funds for legal advice agencies across Surrey so that they can continue to provide access to the justice system for all.
Don’t forget to check out what’s happening around our towns. The communities do some wonderful work making this area a great place to live. Let’s show them how much we appreciate their efforts.
